Wise Resource Development (WISE) is seeking a highly capable, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and contribute to the effectiveness of the organization. This is an entry-level, growth-oriented role designed for a high-potential individual at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, take on responsibility and develop strong operational and leadership skills over time.

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO and have access to mentorship and guidance from experienced team members, including senior staff who have grown into their roles within the company. This role is designed to provide both support and challenge, with clear expectations and the resources needed to succeed and grow.
