Unfortunately, there is no turnkey development plan. Each plan must be uniquely developed based on the organization’s readiness, assets, and needs. The biggest mistake is to make it unrealistic. The second biggest mistake is to not make it measurable and detailed enough to serve its purpose—as a frequently updated document that helps track progress toward your goals.
